Our liquid cooled plate is specially optimized for EV battery pack thermal management, perfectly tailored for cylindrical cell modules and electric vehicle power battery cooling systems.

Constructed with high-strength aluminum alloy and advanced vacuum brazing process, this liquid cooled plate owns low thermal resistance and rapid heat transfer capability. The optimized side contact structure fits closely with cylindrical cells, realizing uniform surrounding heat dissipation, balancing internal temperature difference of the battery pack and effectively preventing thermal runaway caused by high current charging and discharging.

With strict high-pressure sealing and leak-proof testing, the liquid cooled plate maintains stable performance under complex vehicle vibration and extreme temperature environments. Custom flow channel layout, size and connector types are available to match different EV battery pack designs.
